White Columns
Artists Submission Guidelines
We do not accept proposals from individual artists for exhibitions of their own work. Individual artists should submit their work for consideration via White Columns’ Curated Artist Registry. www.whitecolumns.org/registry

White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online database of artists’ work. The artists in the Registry are without commercial gallery representation in New York City and were accepted by White Columns’ curatorial staff. The video component of the Registry is viewable by appointment only at White Columns.

We do not accept submissions by mail (e.g. we no longer accept slides) or by email (e.g. jpgs or links to personal websites); in order to submit materials to the Registry please go to www.whitecolumns.org/registry and follow the instructions.

However if you wish to submit film and video work:

Please send:
1. A standard DVD in NTSC format. The DVD should be labeled with your name, title
of work, and date, and email address.
2. Resume.
3. Artist's statement/description of work (optional)
4. A self-addressed stamped envelope. You must include this to be considered. DVDs submitted without return postage will be discarded. Please do not use metered postage, since it is not accepted at the post office after the date of purchase – use stamps only. Please do not send master tapes.

White Columns’ curatorial staff review all DVD submissions personally. You should receive a reply in approx. 3 months.
